交易條款

Final Quantities :
 As product stock / availability is occasionally subject to change, all products and quantities listed herein are subject to final
 confirmation by Sino Development & Trading Ltd. at the time of final invoice issuance and delivery.

Title and Risk :

The goods supplied or to be supplied, shall remain the property of the Sino Development & Trading Ltd. until the full payment of price and the additional costs. Title of goods pass from Sino Development & Trading Ltd. to Buyer upon Sino Development & Trading Ltd. receipt of the full payment as per this invoice. Risk of loss shall pass from Sino Development & Trading Ltd. to Buyer upon delivery of the goods.

Notice of Defects/Returns :
The Buyer must make any claims of defects, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification,
within the first 7 days after the receipt of merchandise. It is the responsibility of Buyer to inspect upon receipt, that all merchandise delivered matches its order.Sino Development & Trading Ltd. cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party.
